Own nothing,
Steward everything.

Establishing legal governance among those who answer to God first. Crafted to protect legacy, preserve discretion, and operate in peace.

Why does business feel like bondage?

Let's ask it a different way.

Who gets sued, the owner or the manager?

The owner. Every time.

Taxes attach to the owner.

Lawsuits name the owner.

Regulators, courts, and vultures all hunt the same thing.

Ownership.

But what about the manager?

The manager runs everything.

And goes home in peace. Sound nice?

You took the risks. You did the work. You built something real.

And because you own the business, YOU became the target.

That is not a flaw in the system.

That is the system.

And the system is why business can feel like bondage.

The safe way out is older than the tax code.

Since you're the type who answers to God first, you've heard the word "Stewardship".

Probably in religious or spiritual practice. At church. Maybe at home.

What they haven't told you is that Stewardship is the oldest job description on earth.

God owns everything. (Psalm 24:1)

We just manage it. That's what is meant by "dominion." (Genesis 1:26)

Joseph of Egypt ran the wealthiest empire in the world.

He owned none of it.

No one could touch him.

That is the power of proper Stewardship.

Maximum authority. Zero ownership.

Yet every structure you have ever been offered forces you back into the owner's chair. The one with the target painted on it.

We built an alternative structure, one of the only pure Stewardship-based structures on earth.

First, the fine print in plain sight.

This is not a tax trick wearing a robe.

If you are here for a loophole, shelter, or scheme, we are not for you.

Stewardship is a conviction you already hold that is finally given legal form.

The peace is not in the paperwork, and we have really good paperwork.

The peace, both in the law and your sleep at night, comes from being a good Steward.

Everything below is a consequence of that conviction. Never a substitute for it.

The entity.

Not a trust. Not a church. Not a corporation. Not offshore.

Its something the modern system left behind.

A legal entity that lets you step out of ownership without stepping down.

You still run the businesses. Direct the investments. Sign the contracts. Build wealth across generations.

And all you need is one of these.

It will serve your family for generations.

And because of what it is, the law treats it differently by default.

No annual state filing requirement for the entity itself.

No application or permission required for its tax posture.

Exempt by operation of law. Because of what it is, not because the government gave it permission by letter, charter or otherwise.

The protection is just as plain.

The entity boasts perhaps the simplest, strongest and most comprehensive liability protection ever written into law.

Those it serves are not personally liable for its obligations.

Not for its debts. Not by joining. Not by participating.

No court invented this shield. No attorney has to argue for it.

The statute says it in plain English.

And the privacy matches.

It exists without a public formation filing.

No public register available online. No annual disclosure of who governs what.

What your family stewards is between your family and God.

So what is the entity?

An entity that holds tightly to Biblical principles of Stewardship.

Stewardship is inescapably religious in nature.

And our American laws protect the free exercise of religion.

The government cannot force you to violate a sincere belief when another way exists.

Congress guaranteed it back in 1993.

And a little more than a dozen years ago, the Supreme Court confirmed it protects businesses too.

It's called the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).

It's likely you've not been told how powerful it is for your business (not just your life).

We hired professionals to destroy it. They couldn't.

This entity type and our structure along with how it is administered will be new to you. And your attorney. And your CPA.

It might sound too good to be true.

Good. Skepticism is the correct starting position. It was ours.

A legal opinion letter wasn't enough, though we have one.

Since we couldn't simply ask you to "trust me, bro" when your business, assets and livelihoods are considered, we commissioned a full Forensic Due Diligence Report from independent forensic accountants, certified fraud examiners, and expert witnesses. Their job is to find the fraud and the facts and prove it in court.

The firm we retained has 50 years of forensic experience serving clients like the IRS and DOJ.

We gave them three instructions.

  1. Assume we are fraudulent.
  2. Attack from every angle.
  3. Publish the findings no matter what.

That report could have ended Wealthy Steward.

You are reading this page because it didn't. Their full report is available for you to read.

This isn't for everyone. That's the point.

Stewardship is a responsibility, not a trick. It is the intersection of business and beliefs.

But if you want your business to breakout of bondage...

If you are tired of being treated as a target for building something special...
