Wealthy Steward is a California Unincorporated Nonprofit Association organized under California Corporations Code §§18000 et seq. and exempt by operation of law under IRC §508(c)(1)(A).
Wealthy Steward's purpose is to empower, educate, and facilitate individuals in stewarding all resources in a covenant-based manner, as a form of worship for the glory of God.
Wealthy Steward forms and transfers fully operational Unincorporated Nonprofit Associations (UNAs), provides ongoing stewardship education, and supports its Members in operating under principles of Biblical Stewardship.
The legal basis for Wealthy Steward's structure and services has been independently examined by Lake Forensic Advisors, LLC (Forensic Due Diligence Report, December 2025) and is supported by a legal opinion issued by VirtualCounsel, PC (June 2025).

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Formation and membership are provided in furtherance of the Association's exempt purpose: to empower, educate, and facilitate individuals in stewarding all resources in a covenant-based manner. All activities described in this section serve that purpose directly.

What You Pay For. Wealthy Steward provides UNA formation services and ongoing membership. Formation includes entity creation, California registration, governing documents, a federal tax ID number (EIN), and complete transfer of the entity to the Member. Membership includes access to the governance portal, education, weekly Congregation, a recorded call library, email support, a private community, help documentation, and AI-powered support.
Payment Processing. Payments to Wealthy Steward may be processed through administrative entities that operate in support of the Association's mission. These entities handle payment processing on behalf of the Association and assume no obligation related to the engagement, deliverables, or any representation made by the Association. When you make a payment, the charge on your statement may reflect the name of the processing entity rather than Wealthy Steward.
Refund Policy. All payments are nonrefundable and irrevocable. This applies to formation payments and membership payments. Payments will not be returned for dissatisfaction, non-use, change of mind, or failure to complete onboarding.
There is one exception. If Wealthy Steward does not deliver formation deliverables within one hundred twenty (120) days of receiving all required onboarding information, and the delay is not beyond its reasonable control, the Member may request a full refund of the formation payment by written notice. The refund will be issued within thirty (30) days.
If Wealthy Steward ceases operations or cannot provide membership benefits during a paid month, the Member is entitled to a refund for any months in which benefits were not provided.
Chargebacks. If a Member initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through any bank, payment provider, or financing service, it constitutes a breach of the Member's agreement with the Association, and the Association may pursue the full amount plus all costs, including attorney's fees.
Abandonment. If a Member does not provide all required onboarding information within ninety (90) days, the engagement is considered abandoned, the Association's obligation to deliver ends, and no refund will be issued.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wealthy Steward, its officers, members, affiliates, and administrative entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on any content published here. You assume full responsibility for any actions you take based on information obtained from this Site.
To the extent any liability is found, the total liability of Wealthy Steward in connection with your use of this Site shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Wealthy Steward, if any.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from or related to this Site, its content, or these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the applicable Wealthy Steward agreement governing the relationship between the parties.
Where no signed agreement exists between the parties, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California under the rules of JAMS or the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision is final.
All disputes will be resolved individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding, and waive the right to a jury trial.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
